By the Slice is an extra limited-edition soap made in partnership with Little Jo Berry’s! This wonderfully queer, inclusive small business is a pillar in the local 2SLGBTQIA+ community, so we were tickled pink (pun fully intended!) to work with them! Jo came up with the super cute design, and then we executed it. The result? A bar of soap that looks and smells almost as delightful as one of Jo’s famous vegan cake slices!
By the Slice is designed to look like a vanilla cake with pink & purple confetti throughout, and then topped with a slightly citrusy, pink frosting and more sprinkles! It smells like vanilla cake and sweet frosting with just a hint of lemon!
And of course, By the Slice is totally vegan, because how weird would it be to make our usually-vegan soaps un-vegan for our vegan buddy?! It’s ultra limited edition and only available directly through Tubby Tabby Soaps and Little Jo Berry’s storefront in Hintonburg. They’re selling like hot cakes, so be sure to grab yours before they’re gone!
For those wondering, proceeds from every sale of these bars are divided between Little Jo Berry’s and Tubby Tabby Soaps. We’d have it no other way, as it was Jo’s cute design that made this soap possible, and it only seems fair.
Ingredients: Olea europaea (olive) oil, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, water, sodium hydroxide (lye), amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, ricinus communis (castor) oil, fragrance, colour (titanium dioxide, mica), sodium lactate.
